About the Role:

Primier Media is looking for a well-organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support our team. This role includes responsibilities such as setting up meetings, preparing necessary materials, screening interviewees, and managing calendars. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently, program management experience, and willingness to travel to engage with potential sponsors. Knowledge of grant writing and HIV is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparation of meeting materials.
2. Screen potential interviewees and coordinate interview schedules.
3. Manage executive calendars and keep them up-to-date.
4. Travel to network with potential sponsors as assigned.
5. Assist with program management tasks, as needed.
6. As assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
2. Experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
3. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of grant writing a plus.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a remote environment, have their own computer, and be capable of handling tasks such as video editing, creating thumbnails, and managing social media posts. This role is essential to our digital brand presence, and we’re looking for a dedicated professional who can help us reach the next level.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including content creation, curation, and community engagement.
2. Edit and create engaging video content for various platforms.
3. Design eye-catching thumbnails for video content.
4. Develop a social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement.
5. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies as needed.
6. Analyze and report on social media performance.
